Our Head Chef has trained our kitchen staff
on how to prepare gluten free food.

Allan, the owner of the
Bootlegger Restaurant & Lounge,
has also changed his diet to gluten free and has worked
with the Head Chef  to add some of his favorites
to the gluten free menu.
