Are your function rooms handicap accessible?

All areas of our restaurant and handicap accessible with the exception of the Upstairs Lounge.

What is included in the Room Fee?
The Room Fee is a non-refundable deposit to reserve a function room for your event. It is not applied to your final bill. The room fee includes full access and privacy in the reserved area for the duration of your event.

My event will only have 25 guests. Do I need to book a function room?
If you would like privacy for your event, or need a cake or gift table, we recommend reserving a room. Otherwise, we are happy to accommodate a party of up to 25 people with a reservation and a pre-selected menu in advance. Please note that if you do not book a function room, you will be sharing your dining area with our other guests

Can I decorate the function room(s)?
You may decorate the function areas, however, we ask that no confetti be used and nothing be hung on the walls.

May I bring my own cake?

You are welcome to bring your own cake, however, a cake cutting fee of $5.00 will be charged. If your meal selection includes dessert, you may still have your cake and eat that too!

May I take home left overs from the buffet?
Per Order of the Board of Health, any left over buffet food will not be permitted to leave the restaurant. No Exceptions.

May I bring audio or visual equipment? My own music or MP3 player?
For those events that require the need for such equipment, please inform your coordinator at the time of booking. We are happy to accommodate seminars and other corporate events that will utilize visual equipment in our function room downstairs.

May I make changes/substitutions to the items offered in the Function Menu?
Our Chef would be happy to work with you inj advance to customize a menu offering of your choice. Additional fees may apply.

I pre-selected menu options. What if one of my guests would like to make a change or substitution the night of the event?
As always, we will try to accommodate your guests requests to the best of our ability. Additional fees may apply and, if so, will be added to your final bill.

I would like to purchase food for my guests but would like for them to pay for their own alcoholic beverages. We are happy to bill your Guests separately for their alcoholic beverages.

I would like to offer an Open Bar to my guests. Is this possible?
If you would like pay for your guests alcoholic beverages, either for the duration of your event or for a specified period of time, we would be happy to oblige. Please inform your coordinator.

May I change the layout of the seating areas?
We are happy to configure the layout of the tables to your liking when possible. Additionally, if you require a gift or cake table, we are happy to provide those as well.

Do you supply linens?
We provide a linen table skirt for the buffet table. No other linens are provided, however, we are happy to refer you to local vendors.

Reserving the Patio

The outdoor patio at The Bootlegger is a beautiful venue for
luncheons, dinners, or mixers. Our patio can accommodate
up to 50 guests for al fresco dining and up to 80 people for
Hors D’Oeuvres and Cocktails.


If the patio is the venue of choice,
we require a non-refundable room fee of $150 for functions booked Sunday through Thursday day, or a room fee of $200 for functions booked Sunday through Thursday at night. The room fee is non-refundable but does provide for an alternate function room in the event of inclement weather.

During the prime season ,
July and August, the following minimums are required for patio functions:
Sun-Thurs Daytime 11-4 $25 min per guest inc food & beverage
Sun- Thurs Evenings 4-11 $35 min per guests inc food & beverage

patio reservations

The patio area is a favorite of our guests and is very popular on the weekends. To accommodate your function requirements as well as our guests, the fire pit lounge, the patio bar and bar tables will be available to our patrons during your event, however, your reserved space will be sectioned off and provides for an intimate outdoor setting.

Should you choose to reserve the patio on a Friday or Saturday, the room fee is $500 and the following minimums are required:
Daytime 11-4 $45 min per guest inc food & beverage
Evenings 4-11 $60 min per guests inc food & beverage

Additionally, you may also reserve the entire patio,
including the bar, bar tables, seating, and fire pit lounge for a
private function on a sliding scale basis with a minimum room fee of $1500.
